THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MIGHT APPLY TO YOU. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS, OR CLASS ACTIONS.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws listed herein.

By using these sites, you agree that Slovenian law will govern these Terms & Conditions and that any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be litigated and enforced under the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. You also agree that any legal disputes arising out of or in relation to this agreement to provide products, recordings, materials, or services, or pertaining to those products, recordings, materials, or services or in relation to the information from the websites or materials shall be resolved through binding arbitration with the Slovenian Arbitration Rules, with such arbitration being held in Slovenia.

Refund Policy

MDCN Tech Ltd is confident that you and your pet are going to love your new RollnRest bed. Therefore, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which starts with the day the product is received. If you are not satisfied with the product, there is an option to send your RollnRest bed back for a refund.

To request a refund, please contact foryou@rollnrest.com.

Your request will be processed within one to two (1-2) business days. You will receive an email containing the return protocol. After receiving the RMA number and document, you must ship your product within an appropriate timeframe of seven (7) days upon receipt of the email.

There are standard return rules to be followed in the refund process:

a) A tracking number for the return shipment must be sent to foryou@rollnrest.com – MDCN Tech does not cover return shipping costs to the manufacturing site located in the European Union (EU);

b) MDCN Tech does not cover any other charges that may come from return shipping such as customs duties or handling charges;

c) The product must be shipped within seven (7) days of receiving the RMA number and/or document;

d) The product must be placed in its original packaging;

e) The product must be shipped together with all of its accessories;

f) the product must be returned undamaged and in pristine condition.

g) if the cover of the RollnRest bed has been used, soiled or tarnished, a 10% restocking fee is applied and the customer may keep the cover of the bed and only ship the inner padding for a refund.

MDCN Tech reserves the right to refuse or return products not sent in compliance with the rules stated above. Consequently, MDCN Tech also has the right to charge the customer all processing, shipping, and handling charges.

We issue refunds based on the payment method used for the initial payment. They may take three to ten (3-10) business days to appear on your card or bank account. If you used a card or a digital banking account for the purchase, the refund is processed to the payment method used for the transaction. If the card or bank account used has been deactivated, stolen, or replaced, please contact us at foryou@rollnrest.com to inform us of the changed circumstances. At the discretion of MDCN Tech Ltd, additional steps and internal consultation might be needed to review the changed circumstances.

We process refunds within approximately five (5) business days after we receive your returned merchandise. You will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. In addition, we will inspect your returned item after such notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange, of which acceptance or rejection will be at our sole discretion. If approved, we will credit your refund back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on one of our sites. We offer no refunds or exchanges on any products designated on this site as non-returnable.

If for some reason you do not receive your funds after ten (10) days of receiving your refund message, please contact our Customer Care Team.

In order to properly process the return shipment, the sender of the product must be the same as the recipient of the original package.

RollnRest products and their accessories are not a substitute for professional (veterinarian) health care or advice. We are not responsible for any health problems that may result from recommendations, activities, or other information or events your pet or you learn or experience through the use of RollnRest products. For any products or services recommended on this website, you should carefully read all product packaging and instructions/manuals/user guides you purchase or intend to purchase. You agree that your pet(s) use RollnRest products at their/your own risk.

Order acceptance and cancellation

You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all the products listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us, or we will not have obligations to sell any products to you. Moreover, each order is subject to acceptance or rejection by us, at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. A single agreement, independent of any other orders, will interpret each accepted order.

After having received your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. You have the option to cancel your order at any time before we have sent your order confirmation email by contacting our Customer Care team at foryou@rollnrest.com. You shall have the sole obligation to obtain all required approvals, permissions, and licenses in order to purchase, import, and use the products.

Prices and payment terms

(A) All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. In your order confirmation e-mail, you will get that information. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. Also, posted prices do not include any import costs. Depending on the shipping destination, custom duties may apply. You are responsible to abide by any relevant customs and import regulations of the destination country. Applicable customs and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

(B) We may offer occasional promotions on the Site that may affect pricing. Terms and conditions separate from these Terms govern promotions. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotional terms will govern.

(C) Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise, we agree in writing, we must receive payment before our acceptance of an order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card or PayPal information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card or PayPal account for the purchase; (iii) charges that you incur will be honored by your credit card company or PayPal; and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Site at the time of your order. Timely payment of the price and all other related charges is of the essence.

Shipments, delivery, title and risk of loss

(i) We will arrange the shipment of the product(s) to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.
(ii) Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The estimated delivery time is five to eight (5-8) days after it has been shipped to the customer. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
