Refund and Returns Policy
RollnRest offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your RollnRest bed starting from the day you receive it. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the unused bed for a full refund.
To initiate a refund, contact us at foryou@rollnrest.com. Your request will be processed within one to two (1-2) business days, and you’ll receive an email with the return protocol. Once you have the RMA number and document, ship the product back within seven (7) days.
Within 30 days of receiving the product, we refund the full purchase price for unused, unwashed items.
There are standard return rules to be followed in the refund process:
a) A tracking number for the return shipment must be sent to foryou@rollnrest.com – MDCN Tech does not cover return shipping costs to the manufacturing site located in the European Union (EU);
b) MDCN Tech does not cover any other charges that may come from return shipping such as customs duties or handling charges;
c) The product must be shipped within seven (7) days of receiving the RMA number and/or document;
d) The product must be placed in its original packaging;
e) The product must be shipped together with all of its accessories;
f) the product must be returned undamaged and in pristine condition.
In the case of a Bundle return, if all the products in the bundle are being returned, the entire cost of the bundle will be reimbursed to you. However, if only some products from the bundle are being returned, the full price of the product you are keeping will be considered, and you will be reimbursed for the remaining price difference in the bundle. Please note that if the bundle contains accessories, they are considered non-refundable products.
Accessories (such as Travel bags, Bolster pillows, and Covers) are considered non-refundable products. If you wish to return accessories purchased from MDCN Tech, please note that they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are found to be defective upon arrival. In such cases, please contact our customer support team at foryou@rollnrest.com for further assistance.
MDCN Tech reserves the right to refuse or return products not sent in compliance with the rules stated above. Consequently, MDCN Tech also has the right to charge the customer all processing, shipping, and handling charges.
We issue refunds based on the payment method used for the initial payment. They may take three to ten (3-10) business days to appear on your card or bank account. If you used a card or a digital banking account for the purchase, the refund is processed to the payment method used for the transaction. If the card or bank account used has been deactivated, stolen, or replaced, please contact us at foryou@rollnrest.com to inform us of the changed circumstances. At the discretion of MDCN Tech Ltd, additional steps and internal consultation might be needed to review the changed circumstances.
We process refunds within approximately five (5) business days after we receive your returned merchandise. You will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. In addition, we will inspect your returned item after such notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange, of which acceptance or rejection will be at our sole discretion. If approved, we will credit your refund back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on one of our sites. We offer no refunds or exchanges on any products designated on this site as non-returnable.

In order to properly process the return shipment, the sender of the product must be the same as the recipient of the original package.
Warranty policy
Our 90-day warranty policy covers physical defects as a result of manufacturing:
- Defects in the fabric, finish, or materials that are not inherent to their nature;
- Stitching, adhesive, or staple work;
- The construction or installation of zippers
No warranty or credit return will be provided for incidents that are beyond the control of the manufacturer. This encompasses various scenarios, including but not limited to:
- Harm caused to products by animals, water, or fire damage, as well as other unforeseeable natural events and conditions;
- Harm resulting from improper product use or neglect of care instructions;
- Damage inflicted by individuals, whether intentional or unintentional;
- Failure to adequately maintain the product.
If a product exhibits physical defects that affect its functioning and this is verified by our Customer Support Team a replacement or direct compensation is in line with this Warranty Policy. The Warranty Policy is active for ninety (90) days after the product is received by the customer.
Returning Your Product
Please use delivery confirmation when returning a product. Otherwise, we are not responsible for a lost package if there is no confirmation that we received it.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product to MDCN Tech Ltd. We will cover the cost of repair or replacement, as well as standard ground shipping of the repaired or replaced product to your home or office. Please include your contact information.

General notice
Please note that only orders placed directly through MDCN Tech Ltd are eligible for the described returns and refund process. Products and accessories sold through our partners elsewhere are subject to their own policies. Therefore, if an MDCN Tech Ltd product was purchased from an unauthorized source, the return and refund or warranty claim is void.
Upon import, shipments that are refused or rejected by their receivers (customers) are sent back to MDCN Tech Ltd or destroyed – this comes at the expense of the original sender, in this case, MDCN Tech Ltd. Therefore, it is company policy upon refunding such orders, to reserve the right to deduct 30% from the price of any order that was refused or rejected during final delivery to fund all added costs that come with the refusal/rejection of a delivery/shipment – in short, a restocking fee is applied. Please keep in mind that restocking fees are related to the failure or refusal of payment of import duties, taxes, and handling fees. Items damaged in transit or requiring warranty procedure and/or replacement are not subject to restocking fees.
MDCN Tech Ltd. is not accountable for locating or the failure to deliver return shipments by their respective carriers, arranged by the customer wishing to return their product(s). In such a case, please contact and notify the customer support team of the mentioned event. At the discretion of MDCN Tech Ltd., further steps can be taken regarding return shipments.
